You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If you decide to return your item then we'll refund the purchase price, less the delivery fee and the courier cost to collect and return your order. Some of our products can be offered with free delivery. Please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual delivery cost will be deducted from your refund. The item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packing so that we can endeavour to re-sell it.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Should you wish to return your order, you have 30 days to return the order from the date of purchase for a full refund. All returns items must be in the original sealed packaging and must be unused and undamaged. Please contact us with your order details at service@SheetsOutlet.com.au. Once we have been contacted we will advise you the steps in having the product returned to us.

PLEASE NOTE that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on Clearance items unless the product is faulty. Clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged due to change of mind.
